About this Event

Brad Anderson with IMA will discuss the shift necessary to support our current employees who are currently suffering from mental health, alcoholism, addiction and have contemplated suicide. The discussion will focus on adding support for those currently struggling, those in recovery and how the construction industry can help solve the ongoing labor shortage by tapping into an honest, hard-working, grateful, labor pool. We all know someone suffering - let's gather to discuss steps of support and how our organizations can be catalysts for positive change in the industry.

IMA | Client Advocate

Brad spends each day helping construction firms solve problems. Specifically in areas of risk management, insurance, surety, benefits, captive solutions, and complex risk through risk finance strategies. During his free time, he works with individuals that are on the road to recovery from mental health issues, alcoholism, and addiction. Through the construction industry initiative to prevent suicide, his personal “why” and his vocation come together, helping people inside the industry as well as throughout the overall community. Brad welcomes all communication regarding the aforementioned.
