Topic: ALIGN & THRIVE
The New Normal for Operations & Accounting
The idea that data entry and collection is for those behind a desk is gone. Systems today allow data collection to be done right at the source—in the field—driving both accuracy and efficiency. But your business is more than just the systems you use; it is also the processes, people, and their relationships that get the work done. For many organizations, processes and relationships have not evolved to reflect the advantage of today’s systems.
Join us to discover ways your organization can create the environment necessary for aligned Operations and Accounting functions, and the powerful impact this can have for your people and your business.
