powerful, tax credits and incentives available to the construction
industry, including general contractors, specialty sub-contractors,
and architects & engineers, including:
-Research and Development (R&D) Tax Credits and Incentives
                  -Federal – IRC Section 41
                  -Texas – Texas Tax Code Sections 151.3182 and 171.651
-Energy Efficient Commercial Building Deduction – IRC Sec 179D
-Domestic Production Activities Deduction – IRC Sec 199
